Born in Grand Prairie, near Washington, the son of a Southern farmer in St. Landry Parish, Robert Dominick graduated from Paul L. Dunbar High School in Washington in 1962.
Janet Spell Thompson, beloved daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, age 58, originally from Lake Jackson, Texas, and residing in Nederland, Texas, died on April 18, 2021.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 17, at 3 p.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne, for Pamela M. Leger, 58, who passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at 10:20 p.m.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date for Patricia Coppersmith Richard, 70, who died at 545 a.m. Friday, April 16, 2021 in Lafayette.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, at First United Methodist Church in Crowley for Larry Andrew Sarver, 82, who passed away April 17, 2021, in Crowley.
