The Rotary Club of Crowley recently learned about the state’s plan to expand high-speed Internet accessibility. On hand for the luncheon meeting were, from left, Melinda Malmay, club president; Veneeth Iyengar, state executive director for Broadband and Connectivity; Chance Henry, Rotarian of the Week; and Glen E. Howie Jr., senior policy analyst for Broadband and Connectivity.

State broadband plan presented to Rotary

If the La. Office of Broadband Development and Connectivity has anything to do with it, every single person in the state ultimately will have access to broadband internet connectivity.
