RAYNE - As the temperatures are heating up, so is all-star season for the Rayne Recreation All-Star Teams as they represent league teams from the 2023 baseball and softball seasons.
EUNICE – It took the Post 15 Millers a few games to get going over the weekend, but the squad was clicking on all cylinders Sunday in their final game of the LSUE tournament.

The Crowley Boxing Club recently traveled to Harahan to participate in Mayhem in May hosted by the Kenner Boxing Club. Ryken Morgan, third from left, had his debut fight against Damone Beverly of Hattiesburg, MS, and won by unanimous decision. Also making the trip were, from left, Saja Hoffpauir, Ryline Price, who was unopposed, Morgan and coach Arthur Scott.
The Louisiana Sports Writers Association Class 3A all-state baseball and softball teams was highlighted by several key contributors who led their teams to historic LHSAA state championships.
