After leading the Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years, Amy S. Thibodeaux will step down as president and CEO effective Nov. 30.

Community Foundation of Acadiana (CFA) and Hancock Whitney Bank have announced the 2021 Leaders in Philanthropy Award honorees for Acadia Parish — Dr. Cason and Isabella L. de la Houssaye.
UL Lafayette will create the Louisiana C1 Extension Service at its Energy Institute of Louisiana. The extension service will inform industry, governmental entities and policymakers about methods to reach state carbon dioxide and methane emissions reduction objectives.
