Louisiana Bankers Association General Counsel David Boneno recently presented Leonard L. “Buck” Leonards of Rayne Building and Loan with an LBA Service Award for 45 years of serving the banking industry. Leonards, a member of the Board of Directors for Rayne Building and Loan Association, began serving in 1978. RBL President and CEO Claire Benoit stated, “This milestone is evidence of a man who exemplifies strength and commitment.
