The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 continue to climb across Louisiana and here in Acadia Parish.

Traffic was lined up around the Acadia Rice Arena Monday for free COVID-19 testing being provided by the Louisiana Department of Heatlh in conjunction with the Louisiana National Guard. Testing will again be administered on Wednesday at the Rice Arena and Saturday at Love of Christ Baptist Church. The free drive-thru tests will be administered from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. each day.
Acadia Parish has partnered with the Louisiana Department of Health to establish a mobile COVID-19 testing site in Crowley.
Honor Flight Louisiana has announced that all Honor Flights have been suspended for the remainder of 2020.
