Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Jack Montoucet was guest speaker for the recent meeting of the Crowley Lions Club at the Rice Palace. Montoucet, the former state Representative for this area, spoke of the accomplishments of the LDWF since he was appointed in January, 2017.
