Krewe of Town Revelers gathers for official portrait hanging

King Cimmer LXII Shane Goff, his Queen Karen Spaetgens and members of the 2017 “Big City Cimmer” Court gathered at the Crowley Town Club recently for the official king and queen picture hanging.
A toast to the court was made by Hank Capel, captain of the Krewe of Town Revelers. Those in attendance enjoyed socializing, viewing the ball performance on DVD and reminiscing about their experiences.
Kevin Spell, Town Club president, and various committees have already begun planning for the next ball, which will be held on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at the International Rice Festival Building. The theme is currently under development and will be announced at a special event to be held in September at the Crowley Town Club.
