Mayor Chad Monceaux and members of the city administration joined the 2023 Homecoming Court on the Notre Dame High School campus Thursday to present a proclamation designating Oct. 2 through 6 as “Notre Dame High School Homecoming Week” in Crowley, urging all citizens of Crowley to participate in this observance. Present for the signing of the proclamation were, seated from left, Addisyn Hazlett, Meg Dorr, Monceaux, Ramsey Bellard and Lydia Brown; standing from left, Alderwoman Katie Chiasson, Ryan Dailey, Annalise Frugé, Rose Landry, Mary Kate Harrington, Frances Leonards, Ellen Cormier, Katie Doucet, Gracie Bearb and Alderwoman Dr. Sandy Marx. The Notre Dame Pioneers will host the Lake Arthur Tigers in a 7 p.m. contest Friday, Oct. 6, at Gardner Memorial Stadium. The 2023 Homecoming Queen will be crowned during ceremonies at halftime of the game.
