Surrounded by family members and friends, Minnie Stanford throws out the first pitch in the Notre Dame Lady Pios’ annual “Memory Game” on Monday. Catching Minnie’s pitch was her sister, Lainey Stanford. The two are sisters of the late Cole Stanford, who died Wednesday, Feb. 21, at the age of 10. The game was dedicated to the memory of Cole. The Lady Pios defeated the Jennings Lady Bulldogs 11-3 in the contest.
