A hole remains at the Magnolia Street pump station after crews worked through Christmas Eve night to repair a break in the force main there. Mayor Chad Monceaux said a permanent fix for the station could be completed as early as Thursday.

CROWLEY - Personnel from the city’s Wastewater Department were joined by Mayor Chad Monceaux in repairing a Christmas Eve situation that had the potential of developing into a major catastrophe.
