Members of the Kiwanis Club of Rayne have announced that it will award scholarships to one Rayne High student adn one Notre Dame student in memory of late member Cynthia Oliver. Applications open at RHS, NDHS for Rayne Kiwanis scholarship

RAYNE - The Rayne Kiwanis club has announced that they will offer two scholarships in the amount of $1,000 to one student from Rayne High School, and one student from Notre Dame High School.
