CROWLEY - The 24th annual Carnival d’Acadie, the city of Crowley’s Mardi Gras celebration, will be held Tuesday, Feb. 13.

Notre Dame tennis coach DeAnn Watlington Goss (right) and her twin sister Dee Watlington Womack (left), were inducted into the Louisiana Tennis Hall of Fame during a ceremony at Bocage Racquet Club in Baton Rouge earlier this month. Dee ranks No. 1 on LSU’s All-Time Wins lists (154) and DeAnn ranks fourth (120). DeAnn is the widow of former Acadia Parish Assessor Mike Goss.
