Codey was a big-hearted man who loved unconditionally. His kindness and respectful manners were just a few of his traits that people loved about him.
Growing up he was a great athlete who excelled in both baseball and football, especially at Crowley High School. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing all his life, following in his daddy’s footsteps.
Family meant the world to him. He was always there for anyone who asked him to help with anything. He will always be remembered for his beautiful smile and his quiet gentle soul.
This is not goodbye but see you in Heaven.
Codey is survived by his mother, Marcina Domingue Trumps (Casey Richard) of Scott; one brother, Camden Trumps (Emma Leonards) of Scott; maternal grandparents, Steve and Callie Domingue of Crowley; paternal grandfather, Drewey Trumps of Crowley; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tony Alan Trumps; his brother, Caden Alan Trumps; paternal grandmother, Theresa Trumps; and both sets of great-grandparents.
