City and Garden Club officials were on hand Thursday for the formal presentation of the Category G State Cleanest City Award to the City of Crowley. Making the presentation to Mayor Chad Monceaux were Roxanna Champagne, immediate past president of the Louisiana Garden Club Federation, and Jean Gilstrap, long-time State Cleanesst City Chairman.
