Reggie’s Downtown Crowley, located at 218 N. Parkerson, was awarded first place in the 80th International Rice Festival Front Door Decorating Contest for its creative wreath and swag, complete with pitcher of beer made with rice (inset). Sammie Reggie, left, owner of the bar and grill, was on hand to receive the award from Crowley Garden Club member Carol Trahan.
