Lillie Mae Christ Cart Aucoin

March 29, 1928 ~ April 09, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Lillie Mae Christ Cart Aucoin announces her passing on Monday, April 9, 2018, at Eunice Manor at the age of 90.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 12, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice.
Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Iota with Father Sensat Celebrant.
Lillie was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. She was a very kind and loving woman and loved nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a Catholic Daughter of Court St. Francis 1519.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her especially her three children, Cecil Cart and wife Barbara of Crowley, Rebecca Cart of Iota and Kat C. Guidroz and husband Marcus of Port Barre; her sister, Mildred Schatzle of Eunice; seven grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Marie Miller Christ; husbands, Calvin Cart and Calvin Aucoin; eight brothers and two sisters.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Wednesday, April 11, from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. and again on Thursday, April 12, from 8 a.m. until time of services.
Deacon David Guillory will recite a Rosary at 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
